Responsibilities

Build frontend software and performant, beautiful, usable interfaces.
Lead technical design discussions and implementation of multiple complex projects.
Contribute to technical vision and uphold high standards for user experience.
Improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale the codebase, productivity, and team.
Recruit and interview candidates and develop interview questions.
Inspire and mentor less experienced engineers and interns.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of frontend engineering experience is preferred.
Proficiency in JavaScript and React.
Strong visual judgment and attention to getting the visuals right.
Track record of shipping high-quality products and developing projects at scale.
Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously develop technical skills.
