Responsibilities

Contribute to the operator UI frontend platform, including its application shell, design system, and shared data layer.
Implement frontend modules that follow established architecture and integrate into the unified application.
Migrate features and components from separate front ends into the unified operator platform.
Build efficient UI components that render live hardware telemetry while meeting performance requirements.
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement of frontend code quality.

Requirements

Typically 2+ years of experience building production web applications.
Deep expertise in TypeScript and React.
Experience contributing to shared frontend codebases, component libraries, or design systems used by multiple teams.
Foundational frontend performance skills, including profiling, bottleneck identification, and basic optimization.
Experience with state management patterns and real-time data updates in React applications, such as Redux, Context API, and WebSocket integrations.
Ability to collaborate with senior engineers, receive mentorship, and contribute to architectural discussions.
Preferred experience includes real-time data visualization, charting, industrial control, SCADA, hardware-in-the-loop systems, binary streaming protocols, Web Workers, Bazel, or Monaco.
