Responsibilities

Own frontend work for the Scale team, including the design, implementation, and ongoing quality of user-facing platform experiences.
Build and maintain React-based frontend applications across the stack.
Deliver reliable and maintainable solutions for multi-tenant platforms, enterprise integrations, and cross-domain product features.
Partner with backend engineers, Product, Design, Compliance, Sales, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Make pragmatic decisions balancing performance, velocity, flexibility, simplicity, maintainability, and business impact.
Design for scale, maintainability, and production excellence while working independently on ambiguous problems.

Requirements

Strong experience building frontend applications with ReactJS.
Experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
Full-stack experience with the ability to own frontend work end to end.
Track record of delivering high-quality software independently with minimal oversight.
Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions in ambiguous situations.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred experience in fintech, payments, or regulated industries.
Preferred experience with high-scale performance tuning, multi-tenant SaaS, or platform architecture.
Preferred proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, or AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Preferred experience with OAuth2.0, API design, developer documentation, cross-region deployment, or data residency compliance.
Solutions engineering or customer-facing technical experience is preferred.

Benefits
