Responsibilities

Write and maintain reusable test cases, test scripts, and supporting documentation.
Analyze business and technical requirements and provide feedback on specifications, design, and integration flows.
Execute and evaluate manual and automated tests and track defects through resolution.
Troubleshoot software defects across Salesforce and connected applications.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product owners, project managers, and end users.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional process improvement.
Mentor junior team members and stay current with Salesforce releases and testing practices.

Requirements

7+ years of QA experience with proven test automation expertise using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright.
Proficiency with TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
Knowledge of API testing.
Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Understanding of QA methodologies, Agile practices, and DevOps practices.
Experience testing Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and/or CPQ Clouds.
Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and release management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
Active involvement in the Salesforce community is a plus.
