Responsibilities

  • Write and maintain reusable test cases, test scripts, and supporting documentation.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements and provide feedback on specifications, design, and integration flows.
  • Execute and evaluate manual and automated tests and track defects through resolution.
  • Troubleshoot software defects across Salesforce and connected applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product owners, project managers, and end users.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional process improvement.
  • Mentor junior team members and stay current with Salesforce releases and testing practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of QA experience with proven test automation expertise using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright.
  • Proficiency with TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
  • Knowledge of API testing.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
  • Understanding of QA methodologies, Agile practices, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience testing Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and/or CPQ Clouds.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and release management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Active involvement in the Salesforce community is a plus.
