Responsibilities

Define and own software development plans and roadmaps for multiple advanced packaging and hybrid bonding products.
Lead end-to-end software development, architecture decisions, software baseline management, and release execution.
Plan and manage multiple software baselines, schedules, activities, resources, and complex development cycles.
Collaborate with software quality, process engineering, hardware engineering, and system integration teams.
Partner with global software engineering leaders on strategy, best practices, and technology direction.
Build, mentor, and grow software engineering teams while promoting technical excellence and ownership.
Improve customer satisfaction, build management, and version control practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and software baseline management.
Strong hands-on software development expertise in C++.
Experience with customer-oriented software baseline management and release planning.
Experience driving software architecture aligned with long-term business needs.
Experience managing projects, schedules, activities, and resources.
Hands-on experience with Jira, build management tools, and Git version control.
Exposure to advanced packaging process flows such as CoWoS, SoIC, or InFO.
Preferred experience in the semiconductor process equipment industry and fast-paced, customer-driven environments.
Ability to prioritize competing technical demands and manage multiple concurrent projects.
