Responsibilities

Design, prototype, and deploy computational photography, image signal processing, and machine learning algorithms for mobile camera imaging.
Develop and optimize algorithms for detail and texture rendering, sharpening, upsampling, and optical or sensor artifact mitigation.
Build differentiable imaging components for end-to-end neural network training and hybrid on-device inference.
Optimize and integrate algorithms across CPU, GPU, DSP, and custom neural accelerators to meet latency, memory, and power targets.
Collaborate with hardware, optics, silicon, systems, research, and image quality teams to develop camera architectures and validate image quality across sensors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Five years of coding experience in C/C++ programming.
Three years of experience with Android application development.
Experience designing, implementing, and debugging computer vision, image processing, signal processing, or computational photography algorithms is preferred.
Experience with imaging development on CPU, GPU, or DSP is preferred.
Experience with digital image processing, digital signal processing, and linear algebra is preferred.
Knowledge of imaging pipelines or computational photography is preferred.
Demonstrated interest in photography and videography is preferred.

Benefits

Salary: $174k - $252k/yr
