Responsibilities

Implement AI-native product development approaches to deliver business value.
Own full-stack features from design through delivery in collaboration with product managers.
Build clean, scalable, reusable, and well-architected code and contribute to design and code reviews.
Build intuitive and extensible user experiences using modern UI frameworks.
Design and implement new products and features while enhancing existing capabilities.
Integrate automated testing into development workflows and develop functional, regression, integration, and performance test strategies.
Promote engineering craftsmanship, knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and quality practices.
Establish appropriate guardrails for AI-assisted development and determine where AI belongs in engineering workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
5–8 years of software industry experience.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with LLM prompting, agent design, and retrieval systems such as RAG and semantic search.
Experience integrating LLM APIs including Anthropic, OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, or similar, with tool/function calling, structured-output enforcement, and guardrails.
Experience building and debugging evaluation harnesses and metrics for AI features.
Strong JavaScript/Node.js, Python, and Java skills, with solid data modeling and query optimization knowledge.
Experience applying critical thinking to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
