Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and OmniStudio.
Implement OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
Build and maintain Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Apply Salesforce security and data-model knowledge to solution development.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders on financial-services workflows and implementations.

Requirements

The posting describes mid-level experience of 4–7 years and senior-level experience of 7–12 years.
Hands-on Salesforce Platform Development experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows is mandatory.
Hands-on OmniStudio experience, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures, is mandatory.
Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, Salesforce security, and Salesforce data models is required.
Strong communication and stakeholder-interaction skills are required.
Financial Services Cloud implementation experience and BFSI exposure are preferred, especially in banking, NBFC, insurance, asset management, or wealth management.
Experience with client onboarding, financial accounts, relationship management, portfolio management, or advisory workflows is preferred.
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, OmniStudio Developer or Consultant, and Financial Services Cloud certifications are good to have.
Mumbai-based candidates or candidates willing to work in the stated hybrid model are preferred.
