Responsibilities

Design, build, and deliver Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, APIs, and Platform Events.
Develop solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud while following architecture, security, and platform governance standards.
Build and support Salesforce integrations with GoTransverse, Stripe, and Genesys using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Contribute to technical design, sprint planning, code reviews, engineering practices, and mentoring other developers.
Support testing and defect resolution across SIT and UAT, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure production readiness.
Champion CI/CD, Git-based version control, automated testing, technical debt management, and release management.

Requirements

At least five years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong capability with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, and API integrations.
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Experience Cloud and Platform Events experience is highly regarded.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or MuleSoft.
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices using Git, Bitbucket, Copado, or similar tools.
Understanding of Salesforce data management, testing, secure coding, governor limits, and platform best practices.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification and effective communication and collaboration skills.
Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification, and large-scale transformation program experience are preferred.
