Responsibilities

Develop, evaluate, deploy, and monitor machine learning models for brand safety, sponsor detection, topic classification, video analysis, customer 360, and entity resolution.
Build and maintain data pipelines and feature workflows using SQL and NoSQL data at scale.
Create evaluation datasets, define offline and online metrics, run A/B tests and shadow runs, and monitor production models.
Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to turn ambiguous questions into measurable models and analyses.
Coach and level up other engineers while establishing strong practices for scoping, building, evaluating, and shipping ML systems.
Write clean, reliable, and reproducible production code and use AI coding tools daily.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering.
Proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience with NoSQL databases and Databricks or Snowflake.
Experience taking machine learning models from prototype through production and owning their live performance.
Strong data analysis skills, including exploratory analysis and rigorous evaluation.
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred experience includes content classification, video understanding, LLM-based systems and evaluation, entity resolution, fraud or anomaly detection, recommendation or ranking systems, MLOps tooling, JavaScript or TypeScript, or consumer-scale companies.
