Responsibilities

Ship consumer-facing features end-to-end from APIs and data models through web or mobile client experiences.
Develop backend services, APIs, and client-layer functionality across the stack, including React Native or similar technologies.
Partner with product design and the engineering squad through rapid iteration loops.
Use AI coding agents and modern development tooling in daily engineering work.
Own performance, reliability, and product quality at consumer scale.
Establish technical patterns and engineering culture for the expanding Product Engineering team.

Requirements

Production experience shipping consumer product features used by millions of users.
Full-stack generalist capability with depth in selected areas and the ability to integrate across the stack.
A demonstrated track record of owning and shipping live features.
Startup experience building from zero and big-tech experience understanding large-scale product challenges.
Comfort working in ambiguity with an action-oriented, high-output approach.
Regular use of AI coding agents and deep integration of modern AI tooling into development workflows.
