Responsibilities

Develop reliable, intuitive features for task management, patient flow, patient intake, appointment proposals, and telesecretaryship workflows.
Support coordination of the patient journey from arrival through visit completion, including waiting-room status, care steps, walk-ins, delays, patient movement, and checkout.
Design solutions that reduce manual work involved in creating, sorting, remembering, relaunching, and completing tasks.
Work across backend and frontend technologies to deliver high-quality user-facing experiences.
Build performant, reliable, and observable services for Doctolib's growing user base and complex healthcare workflows.
Apply privacy, data protection, and security practices when handling personal and health-related information.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Protection, Security, and other engineering teams.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a full-stack Software Engineer, ideally on user-facing products.
Experience building scalable, robust, and reliable systems.
Ability to handle sensitive personal and health-related data, including PHI and PII, with strong privacy, data protection, and security practices.
Experience collaborating with Product, Design, Security, and other engineering teams.
User-first mindset and interest in solving real customer problems.
Thoughtful use of AI tooling in the engineering workflow.
Willingness to share knowledge, contribute to team discussions, and help others grow.
Growth mindset and strong learning agility.
Fluency in English and comfort working in a collaborative, discussion-oriented environment.
Experience in healthcare, medical software, fintech, or another highly regulated domain is preferred.
