Valar Atomics develops factory-built, high-temperature nuclear systems and related fuel fabrication to provide industrial process heat and synthesize gas from air for hydrogen and manufacturing uses. Founded in 2023 and headquartered in El Segundo, California, it is privately held and building its first pilot plant in Orangeville, Utah. The company targets heavy industry and hydrogen production with a model centered on scalable reactor deployment and energy/gas output sales.
