Responsibilities

Build and validate Python-based automated test executive scripts for manual manufacturing procedures.
Connect local test-station data outputs to cloud data pipelines, including basic authentication handling.
Investigate recurring test failures, perform root-cause analysis, and build operator triage tools or dashboards.
Design and implement features for an existing Windows or Linux test executive application.
Automate manual steps in the test software deployment process and document the handoff.
Create and validate scripts that communicate with test fixtures or instruments over standard protocols.
Own one or more scoped projects end to end with mentor support and provide working deliverables, documentation, and technical writeups.

Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
Must return to school after the internship to continue academic studies for at least one quarter or semester.
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
Must be able to complete an in-person 16–24 week internship in a company office during Winter 2027.
Preferred qualifications include Python coursework or project experience, Git exposure, familiarity with automated testing or CI/CD concepts, multidisciplinary project collaboration, device communication protocols, desktop application development, embedded systems, cloud infrastructure, RESTful services, and relational or NoSQL databases.
