Web Developer, Marketing Site in USA

Responsibilities

  • Build frontend features across Sierra’s product interface and customer-facing marketing pages.
  • Develop Sanity CMS tooling, structured content models, editing experiences, and preview/staging workflows.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to implement analytics and experimentation.
  • Support multilingual content, translation workflows, localization, and internationalization infrastructure.
  • Own Core Web Vitals, media and asset optimization, lazy loading, render timing, and related performance improvements.
  • Improve accessibility through semantic markup, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, and WCAG-minded component design.
  • Collaborate with designers, content writers, marketers, and other non-engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience with marketing- or growth-facing web development and understanding of funnels, conversion, SEO, analytics, and A/B testing.
  • Fluency in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and React or a similar framework.
  • Demonstrated production experience improving web performance and accessibility.
  • Experience with headless CMS platforms and structured content models; Sanity experience is a plus.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred experience with localization and internationalization systems, translation tooling, web analytics, experimentation platforms, video hosting, or error monitoring integrations.
