Responsibilities

Define and maintain frontend architecture in collaboration with client technical leadership.
Set coding conventions, code review practices, linting, testing strategy, and the definition of done for frontend work.
Set and monitor performance, accessibility, security, cross-browser compatibility, and device support.
Break down epics technically, provide estimates, identify risks, and unblock the team during sprints.
Represent frontend concerns in collaboration with backend/API, UX, QA, and architecture teams.
Coach developers, run technical sessions, support hiring and onboarding, and help grow team seniority.
Manage the technical debt backlog and plan upgrades and migrations.
Communicate technical decisions, risks, and trade-offs to clients and management.

Requirements

Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
Experience with CSS-in-JS, specifically PandaCSS.
Strong communication skills and proactive participation in discussions.
Ability to work independently and autonomously while taking ownership of tasks and decisions.
Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive work, support decision-making, and improve outcomes.
Ability to use AI tools responsibly, validate outputs critically, understand limitations, and own final results.
Experience with Node.js, Headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, and Playwright is preferred.
