Responsibilities

Provision, manage, and scale cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and AWS.
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
Set up logging, metrics, alerting, and system-health monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, or Dynatrace.
Manage, upgrade, and secure multi-cloud or hybrid Kubernetes clusters.
Configure Kubernetes networking, CoreDNS, ingress and gateway controllers, and network policies.
Implement RBAC, pod security standards, workload identity, security scanning, secrets management, and access controls.
Troubleshoot errors and pipeline failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Execute FinOps and cloud financial management activities.
Track software performance, fix errors, automate operational processes, and maintain stable enterprise networks and systems.
Maintain documentation, support knowledge transfer, collaborate with teams, and contribute to customer satisfaction and KPI/SLA performance.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud environments.
Proven experience managing stable enterprise networks and systems.
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure provisioning.
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and operating Kubernetes environments.
Experience with monitoring, logging, metrics, alerting, security controls, and cloud financial management.
Understanding of relational database management systems.
Ability to take end-to-end ownership, troubleshoot systematically, learn unfamiliar tools, collaborate, and mentor team members.
Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience with global operations and strategic international customer relationships is relevant.
AI skills are an additional advantage.
