Responsibilities

Develop, debug, and maintain internal software running on Apple products.
Build software used to characterize, calibrate, and test new hardware.
Debug software and hardware independently and in collaboration with multifunctional teams.
Work with Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Operations, and contract manufacturing partners.
Support products from early development through mass production.
Manage tasks and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering.
0–2+ years of software engineering career experience.
Expertise in at least one of C++, Objective-C, or Swift.
Experience developing drivers or applications in Unix, Linux, or macOS.
Preferred experience building embedded system architectures and using I2C, USB, or PCIe.
Preferred experience building and debugging distributed applications.
Preferred experience debugging at all levels of an operating system.
Preferred experience with Python, Lua, or Bash.
Proven task management and effective communication skills.
