Responsibilities

Integrate, deploy, and operate AI SaaS offerings and self-hosted AI services for development teams.
Design and maintain isolated, reproducible, and scalable containerization and virtualization environments for AI agents, MCP servers, and supporting services.
Harden AI agents and internal services through secrets management, access controls, sandboxing, network policy, and auditability controls.
Write code for API integrations, internal tooling, and automation frameworks.
Build telemetry, monitoring, and evaluation infrastructure for reliable, observable, and safe AI-driven workflows.
Partner with development teams and global platform teams as the regional point of contact in Sydney.
Diagnose and resolve incidents while collaborating with regional peers to maintain continuous system availability.

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Strong programming experience in Python or Go; Shell scripting is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker for containerization and virtualization.
Experience integrating and operating third-party SaaS solutions on-premises and with AWS cloud services.
Understanding of security principles including secrets management, sandboxing, and compliance frameworks.
Experience designing disaster recovery plans, high-availability configurations, and failover strategies.
Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or TeamCity for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
Curiosity about AI/LLM application patterns; exposure to agentic AI tools, MCP servers, model-serving, or evaluation infrastructure is a plus.
