Responsibilities

Design and implement secure end-to-end integrations across enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, ERP systems, data platforms, and cloud services.
Define integration flows covering source systems, middleware, transformation, orchestration, security, target systems, and downstream consumption.
Design and implement API, middleware, event-driven, microservices, and managed file-transfer integrations.
Configure SAP Cloud Integration flows, adapters, mappings, routing, transformations, exception handling, and monitoring.
Use Kong Konnect for API gateway, management, service connectivity, governance, routing, authentication, authorization, rate limiting, and traffic management.
Develop and support EFB and Ab Initio data-processing workflows, including extraction, validation, transformation, enrichment, reconciliation, and loading.
Lead cloud system design reviews and ensure performance, security, scalability, maintainability, reusability, and reliability.
Manage cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, self-service capabilities, infrastructure-as-code services, autoscaling, and deployment automation.
Analyze and resolve complex infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues while ensuring compliance with security policies and standards.
Collaborate with quality assurance, technical writers, business stakeholders, and product owners to complete and de-risk development activities.
Mentor cloud engineers and share knowledge of cloud engineering practices and industry trends.
Support secure, governed, traceable, and compliant integrations between enterprise data platforms and LLM or GenAI services.

Requirements

8-10 years of experience in enterprise system integration, middleware, API engineering, or cloud integration.
Strong experience designing complex end-to-end integration flows involving multiple source and target systems.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform, preferably GCP or AWS.
Experience with API management, authentication, authorization, versioning, and lifecycle governance.
Hands-on experience or exposure to SAP Cloud Integration, SAP Cloud Integration Gateway, EFB, Ab Initio, and Kong Konnect.
Experience with cloud identity, key-management, secret-management, monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
Experience designing microservices and domain-oriented architectures with APIs, messaging, event-streaming patterns, and resilient service patterns.
Experience integrating heterogeneous systems through APIs, cloud connectors, middleware, event-driven services, microservices, and managed file transfer.
Ability to provide technical architecture guidance, lead design activities, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor engineers.
