Responsibilities

  • Help build and execute the enterprise software supply chain security strategy.
  • Partner with engineering leads to implement DevSecOps and application security principles and processes.
  • Assist application teams with onboarding to adopted security tools and technologies.
  • Work with vendors to troubleshoot security platforms and integration issues.
  • Deliver security reporting through dashboards and metrics.
  • Develop and maintain software supply chain security and DevSecOps documentation.
  • Continuously improve DevSecOps and software supply chain security processes and tools.
  • Provide technical support for projects through completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 10–12 years of relevant combined experience across software development, CI/CD, software supply chain security, and application security.
  • Extensive experience developing and managing application and software supply chain security solutions, including artifact caches, artifact-source controls, and continuous security assessment.
  • Hands-on application security, build and release management, secure software development lifecycle, and security-process automation experience.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js.
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS.
  • Experience with application security tooling, modern CI/CD, DevSecOps practices, and engineering-team adoption of security tools.
  • Knowledge of SLSA principles, package ecosystems, and enterprise artifact sources of truth.
  • Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or Kubernetes is valuable.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation of deployment and management tasks in hybrid cloud environments is beneficial.
  • Security+ or CISSP certifications are highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
