Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain internal web applications and tools using C#/Blazor or Python.
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using GitLab, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Artifactory, and SonarQube.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software delivery, code quality, developer productivity, and operational visibility.
Implement secure, maintainable, and scalable solutions supporting enterprise compliance and engineering workflows.
Evaluate and adopt modern DevOps and full-stack practices.
Support identity and access management integrations, including SSO, RBAC, and audit logging.

Requirements

Typically requires 8+ years of professional software engineering experience and a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong experience developing and maintaining internal web applications with C#/Blazor and/or Python.
Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline development, GitHub, Artifactory, automation, infrastructure-as-code, and SonarQube.
Understanding of secure software development, system integration, and enterprise-scale architecture.
Preferred experience includes DoD, defense, or government contractor software development.
Preferred familiarity with NIST 800-218 (SSDF), DevSecOps, Terraform, Bicep, static and dynamic analysis, artifact attestation, and enterprise identity and access management.
Preferred proficiency with Blazor Server/WebAssembly and Python for secure development workflow tools.
Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and continuous-improvement skills.

Salary: $120k - $180k/yr
