Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship production features using large language models.
Implement and integrate LLMs, including prompting, tool loops, evaluation, and monitoring.
Make pragmatic architecture decisions, de-risk technical areas, and keep work unblocked.
Partner with product and design to refine ideas, shape scope, and iterate on end-to-end experiences.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate existing systems and resolve dependencies.
Write clear, reliable, well-tested code that ships quickly and scales well.
Contribute to team execution through sprints, Jira, scoping, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

7+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production products or platforms.
Hands-on experience implementing LLM-powered features such as RAG flows, agents, tool loops, or language-model workflow automation.
Strong engineering skills in services, APIs, and data flows, with a willingness to spend most of the time coding.
Experience running or heavily contributing to team execution, including sprints, Jira, scoping, and cross-functional coordination.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with product, design, and engineering teams.
Experience with Ruby on Rails or a comparable language.
Experience with React or a comparable library.
