Responsibilities

  • Build and own end-to-end solutions using .NET, ASP.NET Core, React, and Next.js.
  • Design and develop secure, resilient, scalable APIs and backend platforms.
  • Create accessible, high-performing web applications using React and Next.js.
  • Contribute across architecture, design, CI/CD, observability, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
  • Use AI-powered engineering tools to accelerate development, testing, and delivery while maintaining quality and security.
  • Identify and mitigate AI-related risks, including vulnerabilities, unsafe dependencies, and inaccurate code outputs.
  • Influence technical direction through architecture leadership, engineering practices, and technology decisions.
  • Mentor and uplift engineers while fostering technical excellence and responsible AI adoption.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into impactful technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience building full-stack solutions with .NET, ASP.NET Core, C#, React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience designing scalable, performant, and reliable APIs, backend platforms, and customer-facing web applications.
  • Experience across the full engineering lifecycle, including architecture, CI/CD, observability, and production support.
  • Experience with cloud and platform technologies such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
  • Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, domain-driven design, distributed systems, API design, and system architecture.
  • Experience with testing practices and tools such as TDD, API testing, xUnit, NUnit, Jest, Cypress, Postman, and JMeter.
  • Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and services including GitHub Copilot, Roo Code, Claude, OpenAI APIs, and LLMs.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and apply strong security and risk judgement.
