Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions for Workday, Greenhouse, Cornerstone, and related People Technology systems using Node.js and React.
Develop Python integration scripts for data transfer and interactions between People Technology applications and AI platforms.
Architect and deploy scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AWS solutions for RAG, MCP, A2A, and agentic AI use cases.
Partner with Product, Design, AI/ML, and solution architecture teams to design, test, implement, and support enterprise solutions.
Provide technical consultation, best practices, and problem resolution for People Technology and agentic AI systems.
Maintain third-party integrations through REST and SOAP APIs and support production issues across the application stack.
Design custom generative AI solutions using Workday Agent Tools for practical Workday use cases.

Requirements

9+ years of experience with Python and libraries such as Pandas and Boto3 for data manipulation, ETL, serverless functions, and AI-service integrations.
6+ years of experience with modern front-end frameworks and technologies including React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Python.
Deep hands-on AWS solutioning experience with production applications using EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.
Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications and services.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith is preferred.
Understanding of HR or ERP platforms is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent years of industry experience.
AWS cloud or ERP foundation certification is preferred.
