Responsibilities

Lead the browser tag, mobile SDKs, server-side endpoints, and ingestion path end to end.
Define schema and versioning contracts with compatibility across SDK versions in the field.
Lead identity handling for anonymous and authenticated records across devices and sessions.
Lead integrations with CustomerLake products such as Profile & Campaign Agents.
Maintain strict page-weight, latency, and failure-behavior budgets so collection does not degrade host applications.
Partner with product management, design, and engineering teams to build scalable solutions that support user and business growth.

Requirements

10+ years of engineering experience, including experience as a tech lead or leading other tech leads on complex enterprise software projects.
Ownership experience for an SDK or client library consumed by external developers, including native iOS and Android.
Deep browser-side JavaScript experience with bundle size, asynchronous loading, CSP, storage and cookie restrictions, and tracking prevention.
Experience with high-throughput server-side collection, including edge endpoints, batching, retries, and delivery guarantees.
Practical knowledge of consent and privacy requirements, including regional routing and data minimization.
Ability to drive 0-to-1 projects from idea through launch and adoption while making pragmatic trade-offs with incomplete information.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across product, engineering, and design.
Technical and people leadership experience, such as serving as a TLM, is nice to have.
Experience building a CDP, analytics SDK, or tag management product is nice to have.
Experience with incident response for code deployed on customer properties is nice to have.

Salary: $191k - $254k/yr
