Responsibilities

  • Lead development of complex software solutions and align implementations with architectural direction and business objectives.
  • Design large-scale system components for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Partner with product managers and cross-functional leaders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Guide engineering best practices, code standards, and performance tuning across teams.
  • Mentor and coach engineers at all levels and support engineering maturity.
  • Investigate system-wide issues and drive root cause analysis and resolution strategies.

Requirements

  • Require 7–10 years of software engineering experience.
  • Require a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering distributed systems and large-scale applications.
  • Proficiency in cloud-native development, containerization, and modern development tools and frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of system performance, scalability, fault tolerance, and observability.
  • Ability to lead by example, mentor peers, and drive engineering excellence.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
