Responsibilities

Design, lead, build, and launch global cloud lakehouse solutions, including schema-on-read pipelines, in-line streaming enrichment, and search indexing architectures.
Improve data storage tiers, indexing mechanisms, and enrichment capabilities across BigQuery and open-table lakehouse services processing exabytes of security telemetry.
Implement simpler and horizontally scalable architectures supporting SQL analytics, anomaly detection, and AI-driven security workloads.
Use expertise in SIEM, security data lakes, or large-scale distributed data products to solve customer problems and deliver high-impact projects.
Manage project priorities and collaborative workstreams, identify risks, communicate schedule adjustments, and meet deliverables.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
5 years of experience designing, leading, and scaling large-scale software architectures, distributed systems, or high-throughput data processing platforms.
5 years of experience testing and launching software products, including 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Experience working with AI platforms or generative AI technologies, including generative AI agents.
Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Preferred: 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
Preferred: 3 years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
Preferred: experience building large-scale distributed systems processing data at scale.
Preferred: experience in Enterprise Security, specifically building SIEM products.

Benefits

US base salary of $207000 - $300000, plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
