Responsibilities

Operate and scale production blockchain infrastructure, including full nodes across Arc, Ethereum, Solana, Base, and other supported protocols.
Design, build, and maintain highly available Kubernetes platforms with automation, resilience, and self-healing workloads.
Build CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Pulumi, and cloud-native tooling.
Develop AI-powered infrastructure automation for Kubernetes lifecycle management, IaC analysis, blockchain cost optimization, and MCP server integrations.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize distributed systems while participating in follow-the-sun on-call rotations, incident response, and post-incident reviews.
Partner with protocol, product, security, and engineering teams on network launches, upgrades, and evolving infrastructure requirements.
Lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and improve architecture and SRE practices across the platform.

Requirements

At least 6 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering, ideally in cloud-native or blockchain environments.
Experience operating and troubleshooting blockchain nodes and distributed systems in production.
Deep expertise in Kubernetes internals and tuning for large-scale workloads, including Helm, RBAC, operators, controllers, and observability tooling.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads, and blue-green or canary deployment strategies.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Pulumi and cloud networking fundamentals such as VPCs, DNS, load balancers, and secure connectivity.
Proficiency in Go or Python for platform automation, infrastructure tooling, and operational workflows.
Experience managing SQL databases and stateful production services with strong reliability and performance knowledge.
Proven technical leadership in complex distributed-systems architecture and design.
Experience with agentic automation, AI-enabled infrastructure tooling, MCP servers, observability, and chaos engineering.
Experience mentoring engineers and scaling SRE best practices across teams, with strong engineering judgment and communication skills.
Passion for crypto and blockchain infrastructure and familiarity with responsible use of generative AI are preferred.

Benefits

Base pay range is $195,000–$257,500.
