Responsibilities

Own the design and delivery of production ML systems for customer experience applications.
Apply LLMs, deep learning, graph neural networks, and classical ML techniques to complex customer engagement problems.
Lead ML projects end-to-end from architecture through production while managing priorities, risks, and dependencies.
Build scalable, secure, reliable ML systems, evaluation pipelines, and data workflows using tested Python code.
Mentor engineers and establish standards for design, testing, observability, and operational excellence.
Lead design reviews addressing security, responsible AI, model quality, scalability, reliability, and latency.
Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define roadmaps and execution plans with measurable outcomes.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience in machine learning and software engineering.
Proven experience building, scaling, and maintaining production ML systems, data platforms, or analytical services.
Hands-on expertise in one or more of LLMs, deep learning, graph neural networks, gradient-boosted trees, or regression.
Strong knowledge of NLP, information retrieval, data mining, or advanced statistics.
Strong Python skills and the ability to write maintainable, highly tested production code for ML services.
Experience mentoring engineers, raising technical standards, leading design reviews, and influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight and measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.

Salary: $218k - $257k/yr
