Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript.
Perform comprehensive manual and automated testing for web applications, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Create and execute test plans, test strategies, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Validate HTTP requests and responses, status codes, exceptions, and GraphQL APIs.
Perform accessibility testing using JAWS or similar tools.
Use Browser Developer Tools to troubleshoot application issues and support defect analysis.
Track, report, and manage defects in JIRA and maintain test documentation in Confluence.
Define, monitor, and improve quality metrics, QA processes, automation frameworks, and testing practices.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and engineering teams to identify quality risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Requirements

At least 5.5 years of total experience.
Strong experience in manual testing and web automation testing.
Must-have expertise in Playwright with TypeScript.
Hands-on coding experience with JavaScript and TypeScript for test automation.
Experience with test planning, test strategy, test design, test execution, defect management, and test coverage.
Experience testing HTTP interactions, APIs, and GraphQL APIs.
Experience with accessibility testing using JAWS or similar accessibility tools.
Strong working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
Good-to-have experience with the Cypress automation framework.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
