Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-powered investigation workflows that integrate with internal tools, data sources, and knowledge repositories.
Build detection and risk-analysis capabilities for suspicious or high-risk activity, including risk signals, behavioral analytics, and anomaly detection.
Develop scalable batch and streaming data pipelines, feature-engineering workflows, and data products for AI, investigation, automation, and risk assessment.
Design and implement APIs, backend services, distributed systems, and frameworks supporting production AI applications.
Monitor production systems, improve reliability and quality, and participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
Implement human-in-the-loop review and feedback mechanisms and independently lead projects from requirements definition through production deployment.

Requirements

At least 6 years of software engineering experience.
Experience developing Python-based production backend systems.
Experience developing machine-learning, AI, large-scale data-processing systems, or analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
Experience designing APIs and developing scalable services.
Ability to independently execute projects from requirements definition through production deployment.
Preferred experience with LLMs, RAG, and AI-agent development.
Preferred experience with fraud detection, Trust & Safety, identity security, security engineering, risk management, feature engineering, large-scale data processing, detection engineering, SIEM, SOAR, security analytics, production AI operations, authentication, account security, or behavioral analytics.
