Responsibilities

Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for the SLAMNET-Parcel implementation.
Create, execute, and document test cases, scenarios, results, defects, and supporting evidence.
Validate parcel processing, exception handling, data flows, and business rules for Mexico Brokerage operations.
Identify, document, report, triage, and validate defects with technical teams, vendors, and business users.
Provide second-level support by determining whether issues relate to functionality, configuration, data, process, or user execution.
Support business users, implementation status meetings, go-live activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
Maintain testing documentation, defect logs, issue statuses, and validation evidence.

Requirements

Experience as a Test Automation Engineer, Tester, Business QA Analyst, or Application Support Analyst in implementation or production support environments.
Required knowledge of Mexico Brokerage processes, customs clearance, parcel operations, logistics, or transportation workflows.
Ability to translate functional requirements into test cases, validation steps, and expected results.
Experience with functional, regression, integration, defect validation, and UAT testing.
Experience documenting defects and working with technical teams or vendors to resolve issues.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for application issues.
Familiarity with QA, test management, or issue-tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or HP ALM.
Advanced conversational English and Spanish are essential and will be evaluated.
Foreign residents of Mexico must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC.
