Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and execute manual and automated testing for Salesforce Service Cloud applications and integrated enterprise systems.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
  • Create and maintain Selenium automation and contribute to Playwright automation.
  • Conduct API testing, data validation, backend validation, and data reconciliation across connected systems.
  • Lead end-to-end testing activities and mentor junior QA engineers.
  • Use test management and defect tracking tools to support quality engineering practices.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in manual and automated testing, including Salesforce CRM applications.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud testing experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Agile testing environments.
  • At least 3 years of automation experience using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Strong Java coding skills and understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Hands-on API testing experience using tools such as Postman or Swagger.
  • Strong experience with integration testing, data validation, data reconciliation, SQL, and backend validation.
  • Experience with Jira and AIO/Xray or similar test management and defect tracking tools.
  • Ability to independently lead testing activities, manage stakeholders, and mentor junior QA engineers.
  • Playwright, REST Assured, Jenkins, CloudBees, GitHub, or Azure DevOps experience is preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Service Cloud Consultant certification and enterprise-scale Salesforce integration experience are preferred.
