Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and application development teams on application design and feature delivery.
Implement significant portions of frontend systems and help other engineers with implementation.
Own features end to end, from product and design collaboration through shipping and monitoring impact.
Build developer frameworks, platforms, and frontend pipeline improvements that increase developer velocity, code quality, and code health.
Drive frontend operational excellence through reliability, performance, instrumentation, measurability, and application performance monitoring.
Perform design and code reviews and mentor engineers on best practices and patterns.
Identify improvements to frontend systems and drive technical changes that improve developer experience and time to ship.

Requirements

5+ years of UI development experience.
Experience with Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular Frameworks.
Experience with SpringBoot and React.
Knowledge of Jenkins.
Ability to work in full stack development; backend systems knowledge is a plus.
Track record of driving change in engineering organizations and delivering business outcomes.
Ability to motivate people, instill accountability, achieve results, and establish credibility with engineers.

The posted pay range is $113,400–$252,000 USD, subject to location, skills, experience, market conditions, and internal parity.
