Responsibilities

Build service technologies supporting CASB and next-generation Secure Web Gateway solutions.
Design, implement, and enhance cloud backend software for Netskope Cloud Security solutions.
Write high-throughput code using modern software development techniques.
Research solutions and implement reliable, sustainable, scalable, and observable features.
Work with Product Management to understand customer requirements.
Write and execute development test routines for modules.
Collaborate with QA to improve product testing.

Requirements

10+ years of experience developing cloud security, network, endpoint, or other security software products, or a proven record of building, scaling, and maintaining security software.
Strong programming skills in Golang, Python, and Node.js.
Experience designing and shipping APIs in highly scalable, distributed environments.
Hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes deployments.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTPS, TLS, and related technologies.
Knowledge of cryptographic techniques and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
Experience or strong interest in agentic coding systems and agent harnesses such as Claude Code, Pi, and Codex.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills, including debugging and root cause analysis across distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
BS in Computer Science required; MS in Computer Science strongly preferred.
