Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable enterprise web applications using React and JavaScript.
Develop and maintain Java and Spring Boot microservices with secure, reliable, and high-performing backend services.
Translate functional requirements into technical solutions with product owners and business analysts.
Profile and optimize frontend components, backend services, and data flows.
Apply secure coding practices and conduct code reviews to reduce vulnerabilities, defects, and incidents.
Integrate APIs and microservices with React frontends.
Automate build, testing, and deployment pipelines.
Troubleshoot complex Java, Spring Boot, and React defects through root-cause analysis.
Create and maintain technical documentation for system designs, interfaces, and frontend architectures.
Mentor junior engineers in JavaScript, React, Java, and Spring Boot.
Collaborate with quality engineering teams on unit, integration, and regression testing strategies.
Modernize legacy components using React and Spring Boot microservices.
Contribute to architecture decisions involving scalability, observability, and fault tolerance.
Drive improvements in code quality, development processes, monitoring, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
Seven to ten years of hands-on experience designing and building large-scale enterprise applications with Java, Spring Boot, and related server-side frameworks.
Advanced proficiency in React, JavaScript, and modern frontend tooling.
Practical experience designing, building, and deploying microservices, including service discovery, configuration management, and fault handling.
Strong unit testing, integration testing, and test automation experience across frontend and backend components.
Working knowledge of relational or document databases and efficient data modeling.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed hybrid teams and stakeholders.
Preferred certifications include Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer, Spring Professional Certification, or equivalent cloud-native microservices credentials.
