Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and related technologies.
  • Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered solutions using Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, and external LLM platforms.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement of Salesforce applications.
  • Create and maintain integrations with other applications and systems.
  • Create user guides, release notes, design documents, and other technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document requirements.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and apply Salesforce development best practices.
  • Monitor Salesforce features and recommend improvements to existing implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and development standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of demonstrable software development experience.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce administration, Salesforce Lightning Framework, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development technologies.
  • Understanding of the Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships, and fields.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred Salesforce certifications include Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, or Administrator.
  • Preferred experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce Community Cloud or other collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration and deployment processes is preferred.
