Sr Mobile Software Engineer in USA new

Responsibilities

  • Build clean, scalable, reusable software while enforcing engineering best practices, code reviews, and unit testing.
  • Own software features from design and implementation through test automation and delivery.
  • Design simple, extensible functionality that customers can customize.
  • Contribute to new products and features and enhance the existing product suite.
  • Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge-sharing.
  • Manage projects with material technical risk at the team level.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with Java, Kotlin, or a similar object-oriented language.
  • 2+ years of experience working with the Android Framework and common libraries such as Dagger, Glide, RXJava, and Coroutines.
  • Experience with JavaScript, the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization.
  • Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance and scale considerations.
  • Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
  • Experience using AI productivity tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Devin.
  • Experience critically thinking about or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Analytical and design skills.

  • Base pay of $128,900 - $219,100, plus equity when applicable and variable or incentive compensation.
