Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design and implement technical solutions across multiple classification environments.
Build and troubleshoot GitLab and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning and STIG compliance validation.
Create and maintain CloudFormation Infrastructure as Code templates for highly available and secure DevSecOps infrastructure across AWS environments.
Automate and manage production-grade Kubernetes or OpenShift clusters using Ansible, Terraform, and/or CloudFormation.
Analyze Linux system and application logs, perform root cause analysis, and develop mitigation strategies for service degradation.
Guide development teams on secure coding, STIG compliance, vulnerability remediation, and ATO efforts.
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, IaC guidance, and technical documentation.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Poly.
Certification satisfying DoD 8140/8570 requirements, such as Security+ or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar.
Strong hands-on Linux experience.
Experience deploying and managing production-grade Kubernetes or OpenShift clusters through automation in on-premises and cloud environments.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
Experience with Ansible, Terraform, and/or CloudFormation automation.
Preferred experience with Helm chart development and STIGs.

Salary: $190k - $205k/yr
