Software Quality Engineer - Juice Games in Australia new

Responsibilities

  • Write, maintain, and execute test cases for games across Twist, Massive, Knucklehead, Monstrums, and The Originals.
  • Test new game titles for functionality, math, feature behavior, presentation, and cross-device/browser coverage.
  • Report, reproduce, and track defects through resolution while working directly with game squads.
  • Produce clear test reports and delivery-cycle sign-offs.
  • Identify recurring defect patterns and improve test cases and QA practices.
  • Test internal tools and systems, including the client portal, backoffice, and CRM.
  • Support test planning, estimation, and certification testing with external labs.
  • Manage multiple concurrent game, tooling, and launch priorities.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in manual QA or software testing.
  • Strong test case design and structured, reproducible defect reporting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases and defects.
  • Clear communication skills for working with squads, product, and delivery teams.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Nice to have: iGaming or slot game testing experience.
  • Nice to have: ISTQB or similar certification.
  • Nice to have: exposure to test automation or interest in developing automation skills.
  • Nice to have: experience testing internal tools or backoffice systems.
