Responsibilities

Build features and products with the engineering team.
Own a scoped project from initial design through implementation, testing, and deployment with support from experienced engineers.
Explore and apply generative AI and voice/transcription technologies to solve problems for healthcare professionals.
Participate in product, design, and development discussions.
Translate healthcare professional feedback into product improvements.
Help develop secure, scalable software meeting HIPAA compliance and security requirements.

Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Strong engineering fundamentals and software-building experience through coursework, personal projects, open-source contributions, or previous internships.
Strong technical problem-solving skills and comfort working through ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment.
Willingness to work across user needs, feature design, coding, testing, and debugging.
Curiosity, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn through rapid iteration and experimentation.
Bonus experience with React, TypeScript, Go, AI/LLM applications, evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, or prompt engineering.

Salary: $110k - $125k/yr
