Responsibilities

Develop automation for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and ongoing support processes.
Build tools and pipelines for software packaging, deployment, configuration management, and continuous delivery.
Document development, procedures, and test plans.
Follow security and engineering standards and help develop best practices.
Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to identify and resolve continuous integration and delivery challenges.
Track system and service performance across environments and escalate issues to appropriate teams.
Use AI tools to assist with productivity, testing, and automation.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in computer science or a related field, including coursework in software development, systems, networking, and security.
Demonstrated interest in technology, reverse engineering, and writing code to solve problems.
Experience with Windows and Linux systems, containers, and databases.
Experience with source code, build, deployment, orchestration, and configuration management tools.
Experience writing code and scripts in at least one high-level programming language.
Familiarity with public cloud architecture and technologies, preferably AWS.
Familiarity with Agile concepts and Scrum and Kanban processes.
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and verbal and written communication abilities.
Interest in improving application security, resilience, performance, and automation.
Familiarity with AI tools used in software development and deployment.
