Software Engineering Intern in USA

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test software features for infotainment, mobile, or connectivity applications.
  • Develop software using Kotlin, Java, C++, or Python depending on team assignment.
  • Collaborate with product and design partners to understand feature requirements.
  • Debug and resolve development and testing issues.
  • Present work and progress to the team throughout the internship.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program at an accredited US university.
  • Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, C++, or Python.
  • Preferred: pursuing Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related degree and intending to return to school after the internship.
  • Preferred: Android application development experience or familiarity with Android Automotive OS.
  • Preferred: coursework or project experience with LTE, Wi-Fi, or BLE wireless protocols.
  • Preferred: exposure to Unreal Engine, OpenGL, or Vulkan.
  • Preferred: familiarity with test automation frameworks.
