Responsibilities

Own software solutions deployed to customers.
Write software to improve products and scale mission capabilities.
Collaborate across teams to plan, build, and test complex functionality.
Create and analyze metrics for debugging and monitoring.
Triage issues, identify root causes, and coordinate next steps.
Partner with end users to translate needs into features while balancing user experience and engineering constraints.
Travel up to 50% to Asia Pacific to build, test, and deploy capabilities in real-world settings.

Requirements

Be willing to travel up to 50% to Asia Pacific.
Have fluent Mandarin language skills.
Have a strong engineering background from industry or school, ideally in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
Have experience with programming languages such as Go, Rust, or Python.
Have experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
Have experience building software involving significant data processing and analysis.
Be able to quickly understand complex systems and established codebases.
Have a desire to work on critical software with real-world impact.
Four or more years of professional industry experience are preferred.
Experience developing software or hardware for safety-critical functionality is preferred.
Experience with distributed communication networks and message standards is preferred.
