Responsibilities

Collaborate across business units to prototype, integrate, and productionize Cisco Secure Connect features and end-to-end solutions.
Design scalable and extensible systems while solving complex architecture problems.
Own projects from conception through production release and coordinate effectively across teams.
Work with Product Managers, UX designers, and front-end engineers to develop simplified customer workflows.
Build complex automation frameworks using Python or other scripting languages.
Develop UI automation and perform end-to-end, scale-level, and manual testing.
Add tests, monitoring, and alerting systems to ensure system quality.
Debug and support cloud-based systems and automation solutions.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in automation.
Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, ELK, Grafana, Terraform, Git, and AWS services including RDS and DynamoDB.
Expertise in networking.
Experience writing complex automation frameworks with Python or other scripting languages.
Experience with UI automation using Selenium or Robot Framework.
Experience testing and automating end-to-end solutions at scale, using Python or another available framework.
Experience with both automation and manual testing.
Experience working with Azure and/or AWS cloud environments.
Good debugging skills.
Preferred experience or willingness to work in a Scrum environment, contributions to open-source projects, Cypress, continuous integration systems, and Docker or other container technologies.
