Software Engineer - Journal Team in USA new

Responsibilities

  • Build features for upcoming releases of Apple’s Journal applications.
  • Prototype new feature concepts and architect UI features cleanly.
  • Develop applications across Apple platforms using Swift and UIKit or SwiftUI.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and iOS and macOS teams.
  • Help ensure users have a high-quality product experience.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience with Swift and/or Objective-C design patterns.
  • At least 2 years of experience with UIKit and/or SwiftUI.
  • Strong ability to architect UI features cleanly.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Passion for quality, attention to detail, independent learning ability, and enthusiasm for exceptional product experiences are preferred.
