Responsibilities

Own the design, development, and maintenance of internal tools used across Prelude.
Build production agentic AI workflows for fraud review, customer support triage, go-to-market workflows, operations dashboards, and other internal processes.
Work directly with stakeholders to identify operational friction and turn it into reliable software solutions.
Evaluate and integrate AI engineering tools and establish internal standards for their use.
Contribute to shared infrastructure, schemas, and APIs across the engineering organization.
Build internal dashboards using data from DynamoDB, ClickHouse, and Postgres.
Participate in on-call rotations for the internal platform.

Requirements

Professional software engineering experience shipping reliable software in fast-paced environments.
Production experience shipping automated workflows and AI-powered tools using n8n, Dust, custom LLM pipelines, or equivalent.
Experience building for internal users with a focus on reliability and usable experiences.
Strong backend development skills in Go or TypeScript, including designing reliable APIs and services.
Full-stack capability with React and the underlying data and serverless layers, including DynamoDB, SQS, and Lambdas.
Ability to work directly with non-engineering stakeholders and focus development on business outcomes.
Fluent or professional English.
Experience with developer experience or platform engineering is preferred.
Familiarity with fintech, identity, fraud, or another regulated or high-stakes domain is preferred.
Experience integrating common SaaS APIs for CRM, billing, support, or data warehousing is preferred.
Rust, gRPC, and AWS serverless experience are preferred.
