Responsibilities

Translate business priorities and customer needs into shipped, high-quality software features.
Design and develop scalable, secure, maintainable, and well-documented software across the frontend and backend.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and technical specifications.
Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and operational excellence.
Mentor and guide junior software engineers.
Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for appropriate adoption.

Requirements

BA/BS in a computer-science-related discipline or equivalent experience is required.
5+ years of professional software development experience is required.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS is required.
Proficiency in data structures, database concepts, algorithms, observability concepts, and GraphQL APIs is required.
Experience working across the stack and shipping features end-to-end is required.
Experience working with customers to improve product experiences is expected.
Experience building AI-driven UX, agents, and workflow automation is expected; direct machine-learning experience is not required.
Experience with event-driven architecture is highly desirable.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environment is expected.
