Responsibilities

Push and maintain production code for robot coordination, system-state management, and operational workflows.
Build and maintain integrations with robot platforms, APIs, services, and data systems.
Develop fault-tolerant, fail-safe robotic software and scalable systems.
Triage and root-cause warehouse field issues and drive fleet software, integration, and robot software changes.
Collaborate with robotics engineers, ML engineers, multi-robot coordination teams, product teams, and warehouse operations.
Lead or contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and technical planning.
Support warehouse operations in achieving and sustaining throughput goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2–4 years of experience with production-level coding in C++, Python, or Rust.
Experience or knowledge of distributed systems, backend services, API design, CI/CD, AWS, and Kubernetes.
Experience designing scalable systems and leading complex technical projects.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
A proven track record of using analysis to influence high-stakes operational and engineering changes.
